Before turning his love of travel into a career, Tad Bradley worked in the arts and entertainment industry and then at Microsoft, developing interactive marketing programs on the Xbox platform. Leaving the corporate life behind, Tad lived and worked in Guatemala as a guide and marketing manager for Quetzaltrekkers, a non-profit trekking operator which supports the health and education of over 200 children at the Associación Escuela de la Calle (EDELAC). Returning stateside, he designed and led student travel programs to Guatemala for Crooked Trails, a Seattle-based non-profit travel company. He was then named the Marketing Director at Wildland Adventures where he led a major company re-branding including the development and design of a new website while working to streamline and improve the overall sales process. In 2012 he joined the Kusini Collection, a U.S.-based travel marketing firm which represents an exclusive group of award-winning camps, lodges and ground handlers in Africa and Latin America. As the Director of Business Development, Tad combines his background in digital sales and marketing with deep destination knowledge and a true passion for sustainable adventure travel.
Tad sits on the Advisory Board for Quetzaltrekers and is one of the Northwest regional representatives for the Adventure Travel Trade Association. A lifelong adventurer, Tad has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, dived the Great Barrier Reef and rode the rails of the trans-Siberian railroad. Don't tell his other clients, but he still calls Guatemala his favorite place on the planet (outside of the beautiful Cascadia region!).
